Hello, first, a big thank you for joining our server!

These are the rules of the Remix community. These rules are crucial in ensuring a fair and realistic Roleplay experience. We hope the rules listed outline everything, but please keep in mind that rules are subject to change without notice. If you have any questions or queries, feel free to contact a staff member through the Discord, following the chain of command. We reserve the right to wipe your character data if you are deemed inactive.

Note: One instance of breaking a rule can result in a ban. It is your responsibility to remain updated with any changes to the rules. The staff team is responsible for deciding appropriate punishment.

General Rules

• Age Requirement for joining: 18+
• A working, quality mic is required.
• Your character needs to have a somewhat realistic name, and must not break TOS.
• Being toxic, or breeding toxicity on any platform (Twitch, Reddit, Discord, etc.) can result in removal from the community.
• AFKing for extended amounts of time to gain extra job pay within the server is prohibited.
• Discrimination or racism is unacceptable whether in the Discord or in the city.
• If you do not park your car after purchasing or having mods installed, you will not be refunded.
• This is FiveM and bugs do occur; any bugs will not be refunded but should be reported for resolution.
• Do not camp, kill, or rob at the hospitals.
• Poaching members or sending server links to members of the community is against the rules and will result in an instant permanent ban.

Player Reports and Bans

These can be posted in a ticket by contacting support on our Discord. Staff will still need the ID and video clip of the person suspected of breaking a rule. Staff will also actively enforce community rules and guidelines without reports.

In-Game Information

• Stay in character at all times: In the event there’s an issue or rulebreak, completely role-play out the scenario and report the player if needed. Do not break character or inform the player they are breaking a rule in-game.
• Do not bait others into breaking roleplay.
• OOC Usage: OOC Chat is restricted to RP-stopping technical issues only.
• Server Restarts: Roleplay should continue normally before and after restarts.

Additional Rules

• Looting or robbing players without presenting much roleplay is prohibited.
• Metagaming, powergaming, fail RP, and actions that break immersion are not allowed.
• Random Death Match (RDM) and Vehicle Death Match (VDM) are strictly forbidden.
• The New Life Rule (NLR) applies: your character forgets the events leading up to their death.
• Criminal activities must be limited to 5 players per group during PvP or PvE scenarios.
• Supernatural characters and suicidal roleplay are not allowed without staff approval.
• Permanent death stays permanent; no resurrections or revivals are allowed.

Basic Decency & Respect

Remix Roleplay fosters a welcoming atmosphere and enforces a strict code of conduct. Derogatory terms, harassment, or any form of toxicity will not be tolerated. We expect all members to treat each other with respect and kindness. If you have any issues with another member, please contact a staff member for assistance.
